Urgent requirement: head baker (South Dakota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Roberts County, South Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
