Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Able to cut glass accurately to size The role involves fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; replace cracked or broken window panes; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts.
