Vacancy available: dish pit attendant (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Grant County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
