Gang bricklayer — Aleutians West Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska. You will be based on a commercial construction site. The role involves: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
