We are recruiting: earthmoving equipment operator (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Cheshire East, England. You will be based on a quarry floor. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant The role involves form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
