Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
