Now hiring: we are hiring a café server in Lincoln County, Maine. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
