Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
