Oven operator wanted in Seminole County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Seminole County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
