Hand presser wanted in Edwards County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Edwards County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Performance bonus on top of base pay.
