Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Randolph County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
