Immediate opening: reinforcement steel fixer (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Dambatta, Kano State. You will be based on a busy residential building site. On a typical shift you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
