We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Emmet County, Iowa. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
