Catering cook — Labette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Labette County, Kansas. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
