Head baker wanted in Louisa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Louisa County, Virginia. You will score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
