Vacancy available: fry cook (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Brighton and Hove, England. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Six days a week, one day off.
