Sheet metal welder — Dunn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Dunn County, North Dakota. You will be based on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut 4+ years on the tools preferred.
