Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Brazoria County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately The role involves: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
