Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience.
