MIG/MAG welder wanted in Mahaska County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Mahaska County, Iowa. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
