We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Griggs County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off. We offer $230 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
