Glass and glazing technician wanted in Stephenson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Stephenson County, Illinois. You will work in a mirror and glass showroom. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter You will install toughened and laminated safety glass; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames.
