Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Pratt County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain The role involves: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
