Tiling assistant • Essex County, New York

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Essex County, New York. You will work at a busy tiling site. The role involves fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. Requirements: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
