Gang bricklayer • Teton County, Idaho

Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Teton County, Idaho. You will be based on a busy housing site. Day to day you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Part-time with flexible hours. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
