Vertical transportation technician — Lawrence County

You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Your main tasks: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
