Cnc turning machinist • Hughes County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Hughes County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
