You should have: • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Day to day you will collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box.
