Join our team: we are hiring a plumbing technician in Knox County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Connect overhead and underground water tanks • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
