Powder coating sprayer wanted in Nodaway County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nodaway County, Missouri. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
