Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Dange-Shuni, Sokoto State. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
