Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Delta County, Colorado. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs The role involves service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
