Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Franklin County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
