Gas service engineer wanted in Caribou County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Caribou County, Idaho. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. You will run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
