Abattoir worker wanted in Sullivan County

On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
