Excavator operator • Pike County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Pike County, Arkansas. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs On the job you will handle: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
