GMAW welder • Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania

Now hiring: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
