Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Union County, South Carolina. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day to day you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
