Coating plant operator wanted in McLennan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in McLennan County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
