Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
