Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Russell County, Alabama. The job is at a property maintenance company. The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage 1+ years on the tools preferred.
