Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble installer in City of Kingston upon Hull, England. You will be based on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Your main tasks: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Rotating shifts.
