Shopfront glazier wanted in Laclede County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Laclede County, Missouri. You will work on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
