Vacancy available: sample machinist (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sample machinist in Cass County, Indiana. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On the job you will handle: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Rotating shifts.
