Lathe operator • Holt County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Holt County, Missouri. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. Day to day you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands 4+ years on the tools preferred.
