Join our team: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Cayuga County, New York. Requirements: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On the job you will handle: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Check walls for plumb and level as you go Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
