Now hiring: construction helper (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Pitt County, North Carolina. The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
