Great opportunity: paint and prep technician (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Titus County, Texas. On a typical shift you will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
