Collision repair technician wanted in Jones County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Jones County, Texas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day to day you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
