The role involves: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts Requirements: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
